Fees

Our Fees Are Very Simple.

Mediation Fees 

MIAM (Mediation Assessment and Information Meeting) £110. This includes the provision of a signed C100 or Form A, where appropriate.

Session fee: £120 per person, per hour. This includes preparation and reading of documentation and summaries of each session. A mediation session is typically 1.5 to 2 hours in length. We anticipate 2 to 5 sessions to settle your negotiation, depending on the complexities of the issues.

Writing up your parenting plan: £150

Writing up your financial agreement: £250. This involves writing up your agreement into a Memorandum of Understanding which can be drawn up into a Consent Order for court and also providing an Open Financial Statement which documents the financial disclosure that you have made.

Parenting Co-ordination Fees

£120 per person, per hour.

Family Consultant (Divorce Coach) Fees

Initial discovery call is free of charge.

3 x 1-hour sessions - £350

6 x 1-hour sessions - £600

12 x 1-hour sessions - £1,000 (Appropriate where support where court preparation is required).
